Barbara Wellner developed and produced numerous programs including "The Soup", "Style Court" and "Reality Binge", along with 60 hours of weekly live television programs for FX. Barbara served on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (ATAS.) In 2007, she was the chairman of the Activities committee of ATAS.
